Dr. Georg Bohm, vice president of research for the Bridgestone Americas Center for Research and Technology (BACRT), will retire on May 1.
Bohm started working for Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. in 1967. He was promoted to his current position in 2001.
Bohm will be replaced by Dr. Hiroshi Mouri, BACRT president.
