Treadways Corp. has named Koichiro (Kyle) Iwasawa executive vice president of operations. He replaces Koji Aoyama, who will be returning to Japan.
Iwasawa has been with Sumitomo Corp. in many different capacities since 1979. He was with Treadways for six years, from 1993-1995 as director of marketing and operations and 1996-1999 as vice president of operations. Most recently, he was general manager of the paper and paperboard export department of Sumisho Paper Co. in Tokyo.
He will be based out of Treadways headquarters in East Norriton, Pa., and will report directly to President Roy Araki.
