Penske Truck Leasing has named Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. its 2004 Tire Supplier of the Year.
Goodyear supplies Penske with replacement truck tires and retreads.
Last year, Penske and Goodyear extended their supply contract through at least 2008.
Reading, Pa.-based Penske Truck Leasing is a joint venture between Penske Corp. and General Electric.
It operates 200,000 vehicles and has nearly 1,000 locations throughout North America, Mexico, South America and Europe.
