Registration is now open for the the Tire Industry Association (TIA) Foundation Golf Classic to be held on Tuesday, April 19, at the Covered Bridge Golf Course.
Registration starts at noon followed by a 1 p.m. shotgun start. The fee is $150 per person and includes lunch. Prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the event.
Covered Bridge is a Fuzzy Zoeller-designed 18-hole course on a gently rolling plain at the foot of southern Indiana's famous Floyds Knobs, says the association. Each hole has been laid out to emphasize the natural beauty of the landscape. The par 72 circuit features five lakes with gently contoured greens and trap placement that is "challenging but not punishing," says TIA.
Paved cart paths connect all tees and carts can be driven anywhere on the course's fairways. Each hole offers a choice of four separate tees matching the course to the ability level of any player.
