This is the 10th year of Royal Tire Inc.'s Tire One distribution program, which now boasts 275 members.
Tire One's roster now includes tire dealers in Minnesota, Wisconsion, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota, says Pat Duininck, Royal Tire's president.
The St. Cloud, Minn.-based dealership sponsored a meeting for its Tire One members -- most of whom are single-outlet operators -- last month.
"We've just launched a computer system for our members. They now have a live connection with us" that lets them check inventory and place orders.
Duininck says the Tire One program will probably add 25 members by the end of 2005.
