    Cooper names program pricing manager

    Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has promoted Matthew Moore to manager, program pricing.

    His duties will include supervising Cooper personnel who determine prices for Cooper brand tires.

    Moore started with Cooper in 2001 as a pricing analyst.
