Federal-Mogul Corp. is marketing replacement Wagner front ceramic brake pads for 2011 Ford Fiesta and Jeep Grand Cherokee models.
The new Wagner ThermoQuiet Ceramic disc brake pads (part number QC1454 for the Fiesta and QC1455 for the Grand Cherokee) feature "sophisticated, application-specific ceramic formulations," according to the company. Each ThermoQuiet pad also incorporates the following:
* Federal-Mogul’s award-winning, proprietary Integrally Molded Insulator (IMI) one-piece pad design; and
* unique Wagner EDGE Laser-Shaped Friction technology "for quieter performance, superior stopping power and longer pad life."
Many ThermoQuiet pad sets also come complete with installation hardware kits.
