Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich has written two blogs to entertain you over the Thanksgiving holiday. One is heartwarming. The other is bittersweet.
First, the good news. American Tire Distributors Inc. (ATD) has donated more money for more good causes. It's an annual thing with ATD, the country's largest wholesale tire distributor.

Now the bad news. Well, bad for us. Senior Editor Mike Manges is leaving the magazine for greener pastures. It's a good move for him, and Ulrich did not want to let him go after nearly 13 years with MTD without comment.
Appropriately enough, Ulrich's latest blog, "Why we will miss our senior editor, or why I like Mike," was written on Thanksgiving Day.
