Nokian Tyres Inc. has been named a sponsor for a new movie about skiing, plus a subsequent tour.
The movie, "Work It Out," was filmed in the eastern U.S. and Canada and follows a skiing team around Maine, Quebec, Vermont and other locations.
Nokian's North American headquarters is in Colchester, Vt. "It seemed logical for our North American headquarters... to sponsor a ski movie and tour," says Marc Bujold, Nokian business development manager. "In addition to our sponsorship, we provided the tour with a number of Nokian goods to raffle, including a new set of winter tires."
