Titan announces upper-level personnel changes

Titan International Inc. has announced a number of personnel changes, including the promotion of Kent Hackamack to executive vice president of corporate development.

Hackamack most recently served as Titan's vice president of finance and treasurer.

"Titan has been in various negotiations to increase its worldwide footprint in agricultural and mining wheels and tires," says Titan Chairman and CEO Morry Taylor. "Kent's experience will help us achieve those goals."

In related news, Paul Reitz has joined Titan as chief financial officer. He has more than 15 years experience leading finance and accounting departments for a variety of publicly traded companies.

Ron Schildt, who has led Titan Wheel Corp. since 1993, will join Titan International's corporate development team. David Salen has joined Titan as president of Titan Wheel. He comes to Titan from TPM Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of replacement drive components.
