Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Scott Cole plant manager at its Texarkana, Ark., facility. He replaces Alex Perry, who is moving to a special assignment for the tiremaker.
Cole joined Cooper in 1989 as a co-op, advancing to several engineering positions. After a stint at Chrysler LLC, he rejoined Cooper in 2008 as technical manager at the Texarkana plant, where he was responsible for managing tire development, testing and other functions.
