Groupe Michelin has rolled out the next generation of its Michelin XZL2 tire for off-road commercial and military applications in size 395/85R20.
The XZL2, which was officially unveiled earlier today at a military vehicle show in Paris, France, contains a reconfigured tread pattern for greater speed and improved tread life over a wider range of terrains, according to Michelin officials.
Lower ground contact pressure delivers performance "without sacrificing the off-road capabilities and toughness for the world's most demanding applications."
