Marangoni SpA displayed a number of new products at last week's Reifen 2010 show, including its "zero oil" Marix Ecology 4x4 tire.
The tire is made from "ecological oils that leave no polluting residues on the soil," according to Marangoni officials.
The Marix product range also encompasses nine different lines of retreads, developed for different applications, marketed under Panther, Lion, Puma and other names.
Also at the show, which was held in Essen, Germany, Marangoni presented new profiles and tread compounds for its line of earthmoving tire treads.
In addition, "the company has confirmed and increased its attention to sectors in which retreaded tires are rarely used, (such as) industrial and seaport goods handling activities."
