Nokian Tyres plc reports that approximately 503,420 new shares in the company have been subscribed.
The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd., together with old Nokian shares. The Finnish tiremaker's complete share capital is approximately 25,437,906, according to a recent statement by the company.
