Associations choose sides on tread depth issue

There hasn't been much discussion lately on the proper minimum tread depth. Should it be 2/32nd-inch or 4/32nd-inch?

However, two recent publicity campaigns made it clear that everyone is still not on the same page. Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich says as much in his latest B.O.B. blog.
