Bridgestone remains official tire of NHL

Bridgestone will remain the official tire of the National Hockey League (NHL) and the Hockey Hall of Fame thanks to a new agreement.

As part of the five-year contract, the Bridgestone brand will return as the title sponsor of the Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic outdoor game, held on New Year's Day. The NHL also will give Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations LLC (BATO) and Bridgestone Canada Inc. rights to the league's trademarks and will provide numerous, exclusive promotional opportunities throughout the NHL season and beyond.
