Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will pay a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock on June 30.
The dividend is payable to Cooper stockholders of record at the close of business on June 2, 2010. This will mark Cooper's 153rd consecutive quarterly dividend.
