TIA and ContactPoint to offer sales training

The Tire Industry Association (TIA) and member benefits partner ContactPoint are holding a free sales training teleclass on improving your sales volume on Thursday, May 6, at 2 p.m. EDT.

Entitled “Resolving Customer Objections,” the teleclass will teach TIA members how to increase their sales volume using techniques and secrets developed and proven over years, says TIA. The training is conducted over the phone in a conference room-style environment and lasts 15 to 20 minutes.
