Tire Warehouse, a chain of retail outlets in New England owned by Monro Muffler Brake Inc., recently opened its 47th store.

“We are very pleased to now have 13 Tire Warehouse locations in Massachusetts, as an added convenience to our customers,” says Joseph Tomarchio, Jr., executive vice president of store operations for Tire Warehouse.

Stan Prentice will serve as the store manager. He will report to Market Manager Jon Rodrick and Zone Manager Bobby Shlosser.

Tire Warehouse guarantees the lowest total tire price and will beat any competitor’s price, accordign to the company. All tires also are backed by free 24-hour roadside tire assistance. The stores stock Goodyear, Michelin, BFGoodrich, Contintental, Dunlop, Falken, General, Hankook, Kelly, Pirelli and Yokohama, plus several low-priced economy brands.

Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Customers can shop tires, make online appointments and print coupons at www.tirewarehouse.net.

The new store gives Monro Muffler 788 active locations  -- including Monro Muffler/Brake & Service outlets -- in 19 states. Monro's other tire store chains include Mr. Tire Auto Service, TreadQuarters Discount Tire and AutoTire Car Care Centers.
