Trelleborg announces more price increases

Jan. 25, 2010

Trelleborg Wheel Systems will raise prices on its industrial, solid and construction tire lines in North America and Europe effective March 1, 2010.

The increases, which will range anywhere from 5% up to 10%, are the result of "escalating raw material and transportation costs combined with currency fluctuations," according to the company.

Earlier this month, Trelleborg announced it would increase its agricultural and forestry tire and wheel prices in North America and Europe by 5% effective Feb. 1.
