MITL Acquisition Corporation LLC has closed on its purchase of GPX International Tire Corp.'s solid tire business.
"Maine Industrial Tire's customers will now enjoy an enhanced customer service and product experience," say MITL officials.
"Over the next few months, Maine Industrial will continue to consolidate shared services, as well as strengthen its current and future customer relationships."
