Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable Dec. 30, 2002, to stockholders of record at the close of business Dec. 2, 2002.
This will mark the 123rd consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire.
As of Nov. 18, Cooper's stock was selling for $13.38 a share. The stock's 52-week high and low price points are $26.10 and $12.25, respectively.
