SEMA Show, Day Three: Red Kap is back

Nov. 7, 2014

Red Kap, a company focused on developing performance apparel for the automotive industry, returns to the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Show in Las Vegas for the fifth consecutive year.

From Nov. 4-6, 2014, Red Kap aggressively marketed its brand at booth No. 10109, which has been filled with apparel, celebrities and limited edition art. For example, on Nov. 4, Mike Ness, front man for the punk rock group Social Distortion, signed limited edition screened Red Kap posters.

"Our partnership has grown to feature Ness in a variety of campaigns within the automotive and music industry," says Chris Holcombe, vice president and general manager of distributor brands for Red Kap.

On Friday, Nov 7, the company will hand out a free "SEMA collector's edition" Red Kap work shirt to the first 500 people in line (while supplies last).

Early attendance estimates for this year's SEMA Show top 140,000 people.

"Every year, the SEMA Show attracts the top leaders in the automotive industry, and Red Kap's outstanding group of ambassadors take things to another level," adds Holcombe.

The Red Kap booth also features a cell phone charging station.

Red Kap is a division of VF Imagewear Inc. For more information on the company and its line of work shirts, pants, jackets and coveralls, visit www.redkapauto.com.
