Aug. 28, 2014

Alliance Tire Americas is showcasing new row crop and flotation tires at the Farm Progress Show going on now in Boone, Iowa.

Also at its booth, the company is hosting Doug Lively and the Bank Robber, the National Tractor Pullers Association’s 2013 champion in the modified tractor division.

“The Farm Progress draws thousands of farmers and has some of the world’s most advanced agricultural technology,” says Bruce Besancon, vice president of marketing for Alliance Tire Americas. “It’s a great place for us to get in front of our customers and show them how our tires can help them do their jobs better, faster and cheaper.”

On display in the company's booth are Alliance's AgriFlex IF and VF row crop tires, engineered for optimum performance in the field and good roadability, and its 396 high-speed flotation tire, which saves farmers time by allowing them to drive trucks directly from the fields to the highways.

The company’s Galaxy Muddy Buddy tire also is being featured in the company's booth. It "demonstrates Alliance’s commitment to designing purpose-built skid steer tires," the company says. The Muddy Buddy is designed for for peak performance in mud and manure.

Two of the company’s lines also are on display on a Case IH 8230 combine in the Alliance booth: the Alliance AgriFlex 372 VF R-1W for steer tires and rugged 360 Stubble Proof R-1s on the drive wheels.
