On March 2, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is scheduled to hold a hearing as part of its five-year review of tariffs on off-road tires manufactured in India. The review includes tires for agricultural applications.
A pre-hearing report was submitted to the commission on Feb. 8.
Party pre-hearing briefs were filed with the commission on Feb. 17, according to ITC officials.
The ITC is scheduled to vote on April 7 and its final determination will be made at the end of April.
Titan International LLC is the review's petitioner. Most major Indian off-highway tire manufacturers and their U.S.-based affiliates are participating, according to ITC officials.
