McCarthy Tire Service Co. Inc. has promoted Ann Sadusky to vice president of human resources.
Sadusky joined McCarthy Tire in October of 2018 and has directed the human resource department since then. She also assumes responsibility for health insurance programs and is the point person for worker compensation programs.
According to McCarthy Tire officials, under Sadusky’s leadership, the McCarthy human resources team has expanded recruiting, provided hands-on assistance to team members and more.
“Under Ann's leadership, our HR team has grown into a clear asset for our entire company,” says Joe Doyle, chief operating officer for McCarthy Tire.
“Her prior career experience in executive leadership positions has made Ann’s input and recommendations invaluable to us not only in HR but in several other strategic areas. We are so lucky she and her husband decided to relocate back to northeastern PA from the sunny skies of Florida!”
