Maxam Tire North America Inc. has introduced very high-flexion (VF) sizes to its Agilxtra I-3 implement line.
Maxam’s Agilxtra VF technology is designed to carry heavier loads at high speeds, while ensuring traction and minimizing soil compaction.
The Agilxtra products are radial tires designed with a steel-belted construction utilizing a directional tread design for longer tread wear, improved stability and high resistance to puncture wounds.
The new sizes in the series will “allow implements or tankers to carry 40% more load at normal air pressure or operate at 40% less air pressure for the same tire load reducing ground pressure,” according to Maxam officials.
