GRI Updates Warranty Policy
Global Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. (GRI) has made a "significant enhancement" to its limited warranty policy for pneumatic tires.
"GRI's updated warranty policy marks a major leap forward from its previous seven-year coverage, reflecting the company's confidence in the superior engineering and materials that go into every GRI tire," according to GRI officials.
"The new policy applies to all GRI-branded pneumatic tires manufactured on or after Jan. 1, 2025, and covers customers across more than 80 countries worldwide."
GRI radial ag tires will be covered for up to 10 years, while bias-ply ag tires will be covered up to eight years. Construction, earthmover, mining, port and material handling tires will be covered up to five years.
"Coverage protects against defects with credit issued on a pro-rated basis. In the event of a qualifying failure within the first three years with no more than 20% wear on radial tires, customers receive a full 100% credit replacement - a testament to GRI's confidence in its products.
"The warranty is extended exclusively to the original end-use purchaser, highlighting GRI's direct commitment to the farmers, operators, and businesses who rely on their tires every day."
"This enhanced 10-year warranty is more than a policy update," says Barry Guildford, GRI global commercial director. "It is a statement of our conviction in the quality of every tire we manufacture. We build tires to perform in the most demanding conditions and we stand behind them."
