Ralson Achieves Production Milestone

Ralson has manufactured its one millionth TBR tire after three years in the U.S. market and five years after the company broke ground on its plant in India.

"The achievement reflects accelerating demand from commercial fleets across more than 70 countries, where Ralson’s TBR portfolio has earned a reputation for delivering premium-grade performance at a value-tier price point," say Ralson officials.

The firm's North American subsidiary, Springhill, Tenn.-based Ralson Tire North America, now also operates two U.S. distribution centers - one in Savannah, Ga., and another in Newark, N.J. - "supplying dealers and fleets nationwide on two-to-three day replenishment."

“The first million was about conviction - in the product, the process, and the people who built it,” says Brian Sheehey, president of Ralson Tire North America.

“We started this plant when the world was standing still. We earned every mile since. The next million will be about acceleration: deeper dealer partnerships, broader SKU coverage and continuing to give fleets a reason to choose us on every spec sheet.”

Ralson's TBR tire line-up "is engineered to U.S. fleet specifications and backed by a seven-year, three-retread warranty - among the most competitive in the segment," say Ralson officials.

The company's TBR tire portfolio spans long-haul, regional and vocational applications.
