STTC to Use AI-Powered Road Service Tech

Service Tire Truck Centers has launched Atrium's Emergency Road Service AI platform across its operations.

Service Tire Truck Centers (STTC) has launched Atrium's Emergency Road Service (ERS) AI platform across its operations.

By integrating Atrium’s AI-powered dispatch technology into its service network, STTC, which is based in Bethlehem, Pa., "is helping fleets reduce downtime, improve visibility and accelerate roadside response times through intelligent automation and real-time coordination," according to Atrium officials.

"Atrium’s ERS platform connects fleet drivers, dispatchers, and service providers in less than 15 seconds, automating traditionally manual dispatch processes and improving communication across every stage of a roadside event."

"STTC is the first major U.S. commercial tire dealer network to launch on the platform, creating new opportunities for fleets already relying on Atrium to manage roadside events," says Todd Richardson, CEO and president of Atrium Solutions.

"We are beginning with a group of early-adopter locations and expect to continue enabling STTC locations throughout the summer. This partnership represents an important step toward building the most connected and transparent roadside service network in North America.”

Features of Atrium's system include artificial intelligence (AI)-powered service truck dispatching, real-time visibility and more.

STTC is one of the largest commercial tire dealerships in the U.S., according to MTD research.
