Mitas a.s., a global off-road tire manufacturer based in the Czech Republic, has hired Vladimir Rada as its new chief financial officer.
Rada is a Czech national who has worked at AcelorMittal Distribution Solutions since 2007 in various finance and controlling related positions.
The company also announced two other appointments.
1. Marek Beran, the interim CFO, as been appointed the head of central logistics.
2. Vladimir Dusanek, Mitas’ United States investment director, has moved to Prague, Czech Republic, to oversee central controlling.
Mitas a.s. is a member of ČGS Holding a.s. It operates three production plants in the Czech Republic, Serbia and the U.S., respectively. The Charles City, Iowa, radial agricultural tire plant is run by Mitas Tires North America Inc.
