The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has secured rooms at another hotel for OTR Conference attendees who did not reserve a room before the reservation deadline.
The alternative hotel is the Embassy Suites Paloma Village.
The Embassy Suites is located one-half mile from the original hotel and shuttle service to and from the OTR Conference will be provided at no cost.
Reservations can be made by calling 520-352-4000 or reserve online with code OTR. Attendees should mention the OTR Conference to ensure the reduced rate.
TIA also says the golf tournament is sold out. However, there is space available in the other leisure programs including the sporting clay tournament, the desert Jeep rally, the Sonoran Desert Museum trip, the southwestern jewelry making class and Caterpillar Inc.’s Cat equipment demo.
TIA is still accepting registrations for the OTR Conference, which will take place Feb. 18-21, 2015, in Tucson, Ariz.
