Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. has promoted Chad Stanley to director of sales for the company's northern division, effective Jan. 1, as part of several changes to Toyo's sales structure.
Stanley, who joined Toyo in 2014, currently serves as the tiremaker's strategic account business development manager, a role he has held since 2017.
"Stanley's promotion comes with other significant changes to the Toyo sales structure," according to Toyo officials.
The first change involves a change from having eastern and western divisions to northern and southern divisions. Sam Felberbaum, currently director of sales for Toyo's western division, will be Stanley's counterpart as director of sales for its southern division.
In addition, Mike Snyder, who has served as director of sales for Toyo's eastern division, will become director of sales, auto dealer channel, which is a newly created position and was established "in response to the company's changing business and growing distribution," including Ford and Mopar dealerships throughout the United States.
All three will report to Michael Graber, who will become Toyo's new vice president of sales on Jan. 1.
"We congratulate Chad Stanley on his promotion to director of sales, northern division," says Toyo President and CEO Roy Bromfield. "Chad has done an excellent job serving Toyo for the past five years, and we are pleased to once again promote one of our own people. Congratulations also go out to Mike Snyder and Sam Felberbaum for their new roles. Both Mike and Sam are great managers and this move helps to realign their strengths with our growing dealer segment."
