Pre-Q Galgo's Super Single Tread Receives SmartWay Verification

Pre-Q Galgo Corp. has received Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) SmartWay verification for its Super Single Wide Trailer (STW) tread design for 445 / 50R22.5 and 455 / 55R22.5 tire sizes.
The company says the STW design provides high mileage on highway applications on trailer axles, giving transport companies savings in fuel consumption for its low rolling resistance compound design.
The STW has seven ribs with wider rounded solid shoulders offering low resistance to lateral drag, improving uneven wear of this type of tires.
