Next Edition of "Titan U" Will Take Place Soon

Jan. 17, 2020

Titan International Inc.'s exclusive sales training program for its dealers, Titan University Summit (Titan U), is taking on a new format.

"This year’s Titan U will take on a new conference-style format, allowing attendees to build their own customized learning experience through a combination of hands-on training and classroom sessions on both tires and wheels," say Titan officials.

Titan also is bringing the program to Quincy, Ill., the site of the company's global headquarters. Hundreds of students are expected to attend sessions that will take place Jan. 28-30 and Feb. 4-6 at the Oakley Lindsay Convention Center.

“We listened to our attendees’ desire to personalize their experience and ensure they’re able to attend the sessions that are most beneficial to them,” says Paul Hawkins, senior vice president of aftermarket sales at Titan.

“Whether they’re focused on agriculture, construction, forestry or all of the above — they’ll have the opportunity to get the latest information and hands-on training to make them successful.”

Sessions will cover selling strategies, product features and benefits, applications and more. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the company’s wheel production plant.

Graduates of the program will earn a certified dealer salesperson spiff "to incentivize their hard work and empower them to sell," according to Titan officials.

"Titan U is open exclusively to Titan dealers and Titan Strong Seller Associate dealers. Those interested should contact their Titan territory sales manager to register."
