Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will report third-quarter 2012 financial results on Friday, Oct. 26, to be followed by an investor conference call at 8:30 a.m.
Participating in the conference call will be Richard Kramer, chairman, CEO and president, and Darren Wells, executive vice president and chief financial officer.

The results earned Goodyear shareholders a quarterly dividend of 73.44 cents per share of mandatory convertible preferred stock, which was paid on Oct. 1, 2012.
