Continental Tire North America Inc. (CTNA) will introduce LT-metric sizes to its General Altimax Arctic winter tire this year.
CTNA recently showed off the Altimax Arctic during a ride-and-drive event near Big Sky, Montana.
The tire, which fits rim diameters ranging from 13 inches to 17 inches, covers 68% of the United States' studdable winter tire segment and more than 72% of the Canadian winter tire segment, according to CTNA officials.
