Nokian Tyres Inc. has announced it will move its headquarters from La Vergne, Tenn., to Colchester, Vt., in order to be closer to the company's wholesale division and company-owned store network, both of which are based in Vermont.
Nokian expects relocation to be completed next spring. "Our plan is to transition different departments at different times to minimize the disruption to you," Nokian President Bernie Del Duca said in a recent letter to Nokian's dealers.
Nokian's University Wholesalers Inc. wholesale division is based in Colchester. The company's Vianor retail store network is headquartered in Burlington, Vt.
