Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will pay a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share of common stock on Dec. 30.
Pay-outs will be made to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 2, 2009. This will mark the 151st consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper.
