Toyo restructures top executive positions

Toyo Tire & Rubber Co. Ltd., the Osaka, Japan-based parent company of Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp., has announced senior management changes following a board of directors meeting.

CEO, President and Representative Director Kenji Nakakura has been appointed to the new position of chairman, representative director.

In addition, current Executive Corporate Officer Akira Nobuki will now serve in the position of CEO and president, representative director.
