New GTE session covers online tire shopping

The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has added an educational session to its lineup at the Global Tire Expo (GTE) featuring a Google strategy manager to talk about how consumers use digital to buy tires.

The hour-long session is set to begin at Noon on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015. Here are the details:

Using Digital to Your Advantage

Speaker: Jamie Reutershan, Strategy Development Manager, Auto, Google

Location: Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall, S106-107

Jamie Reutershan from Google will present data from the new 2015 release of the Google/Critical Mix “Tire Buyer’s Path to Purchase” survey to examine how tire buyers use digital when shopping for new tires. These trends are used as a basis for suggesting strategies to increase consideration with shoppers and to turn them into buyers.
