First an earthquake, then a tsunami, now a nuclear plant meltdown. What more can happen to Japan?

Whatever the outcome, everyone in the tire industry has a stake in what is happening in Japan.

We all have direct or indirect ties to the four native consumer and/or commercial tire manufacturers -- Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd., Toyo Tire & Rubber Co. Ltd., Bridgestone Corp. and Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd.

Save your prayers for all the companies and their workers.
