Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will announce its third quarter 2011 financial results before the market opens on Monday, Oct. 31.
Company management will discuss the financial results in a conference call beginning at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time that same day.

Cooper reported net income of $12 million on net sales of $922 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011. Compared to the same period last year, income was down 37%, while sales were up nearly 15%.
