Nitto Tire U.S.A. Inc. will showcase its new all-season ultra-high performance tire at the 2011 SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Show Nov. 1-4 in Las Vegas, Nev. Nitto's booth, No. 40029, will be located in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The new Motivo is "an active all-season UHP tire," according to Nitto, which is backing the tire with a 60,000-mile limited tread wear warranty. It will be available in many 17- through 20-inch sizes with W- or Y-speed ratings.
Tread pattern features include the following:
* large tread blocks designed to enhance cornering performance;
* a continuous center rib for stability at high speeds;
* 3D Multi-Wave sipes and fin sipes, which help provide additional traction in winter conditions; and
* four circumferential grooves and open lateral slits for water evacuation.
Fans of NItto's Facebook page also can check out the company's Nitto Tire Fan Drive Sweepstakes at the booth. Nitto launched the contest to reward its ever-growing fan base of currently 392,000 Facebook fans.

The sweepstakes, which runs from Sept. 6 through Dec. 31, 2011, encourages fans to design custom vehicles online, and will award one randomly selected fan the most popular vehicle combination submitted throughout the four-month long contest.
Community members will be able to select the wheels, a custom Nitto graphics package and the Nitto tires of their choice to create the ultimate custom ride.
To enter, designers must be a fan of Nitto Tire on Facebook and click on the Fan Drive Sweepstakes Tab. While fans can submit an unlimited number of designs, they can only enter once. The contest also will be promoted on a custom car cover at the show.
