In "TV magic fudges the facts, but BFGoodrich gets some free publicity," the Nov. 8, 2011, episode of "NCIS: Los Angeles" showcased the BFGoodrich brand. Using computer software, the show's heroes matched a tread pattern at the scene of a crime with the tire brand -- and the vehicle on which it is original equipment.
