Customer comfort starts at your sales counter

Are customers truly comfortable at your sales counter? If they are not, Modern Tire Dealer columnist Wayne Williams says you are losing sales.

Uncomfortable customers are a hard sell. Dealers who rely heavily on repeat business cannot afford to have a sales counter that is anything but pleasant and purposeful.

Williams is stepping a Los Angeles dealer through a counter redesign that aims to boost sales by improving the environment at the sales counter. He has some simple and creative ideas in mind to improve a customer’s first impression and comfort levels.
