Oct. 6, 2020

Icahn Automotive Group LLC has named Deborah Brundage its chief marketing officer. Brundage most recently held the same position at Monro Inc.

In her new role, she will direct Icahn Automotive's marketing, communications and customer experience strategies "with a strong focus on consumer insights and digital engagement," according to company officials.

Icahn also has named Elisa Bannon-Jones its chief people officer, overseeing the firm's human resources strategy and other functions. She comes to Icahn from Frontier Communications, where she served as chief human resources officer.

"As we continue to build a separate service business, Elisa and Deborah complement a strong leadership team that is poised to capture the many opportunities that exist in the industry," says Brian Kaner, CEO-Service.

Last year, Icahn, which owns Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack and other chains, announced its plan to separate Icahn Automotive into two distinct Parts and Service companies.
