Bull, the current east divisional vice president, has served in that role for the last 15 years. He's overseen nearly 200 Big O Tires stores across 13 states. Kairys moves to the purchasing team to lead non-tire purchasing initiatives as vice president of TBC Parts & Service Group. He'll work alongside Andy Dudash, the executive vice president of the Parts & Equipment Buying Group until Dudash's retirement on March 31, 2021. Dudash has worked for TBC for 19 years.
“John has led the Big O Tires team for the last four years and has done an exceptional job expanding the brand’s geographic footprint, growing sales and partnering with franchisees,” says Brant Wilson, President chief operating officer of TBC's automotive group. “He is a dynamic leader with a wealth of industry knowledge. While he may no longer be leading the Big O Tires team on a daily basis, the team and our extended team of franchisees will continue to thrive through our continued partnership with him as a leader on the TBC Purchasing Team.”
Kairys says, “I’m extremely excited for the Big O family. Jim is a passionate leader who is knowledgeable, driven and dedicated. I could not think of a more suitable team member to lead this organization to continued success.”
