GRI Uses Recycled Materials in Ultimate Green XT

Sept. 28, 2021

Recycled carbon black and reclaimed rubber from used tires both play a role in the creation of the newest tire from Global Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. (GRI).

The Ultimate Green XT tire is designed for material handling applications. The tire is made up of 42.8% sustainable materials, and offers an improved rolling resistance compared to its predecessor.

The Ultimate Green XT is built to work 24 hours a day, thanks to its lower heat build up and higher endurance. The green colored version of the tire is non-marking, and operates in all surface conditions.

The tread compound of the non-marking Ultimate Green XT contains dispersible silica and no carbon black, lowering abrasion loss and reducing particles released into the environment.
