Dunlop Brand Partners with Goodwood Revival

Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd. recently announced its partnership with the Goodwood Revival, the worldwide motorsport event, to enhance its Dunlop tire brand.

Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd. recently announced its partnership with Goodwood Revival, the worldwide motorsport event, to enhance its Dunlop tire brand.

Through the three-year partnership, the company will support several activities for Goodwood Revival, which will be held at the Goodwood Circuit in England Sep. 18-20. During the event, an exhibition booth will display a Ford GT40 equipped with Dunlop tires, as well as three 1966 Ford GT40s, which will be equipped with Dunlop racing tires and compete in a race.

We will strive to further evolve the brand and enhance its value.”

"Since the early years of the opening of the Goodwood Circuit (1948 to 1966), Dunlop has been involved in the event as a sponsor in Goodwood," say Sumitomo officials. The company is seeking to expand its business in the European market after acquiring the brand in 2025.
